The enquiry form collects your name, email address, chosen subject and message so Sarah Cale can consider and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive medical information.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored privately in this WordPress website’s database and an email notification is requested for Sarah Cale. Access is restricted to authorised website administrators. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver these services. Messages are not published or automatically added to a marketing list.

Cookies and website storage

This website does not add analytics or advertising tracking. There are currently no optional tracking categories to accept or reject.

When you close the cookie notice, a first-party session storage entry called sc-cookie-notice-v1 records that choice in this browser tab. It contains only the word “dismissed”, is not sent to our server and normally expires when the tab is closed. Its purpose is to remember your request to hide the notice. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. If storage is blocked, the site still works, but the notice may appear again.

Fonts are served from this website. The hosting service may process technical connection information to operate and protect the website. WordPress uses necessary cookies for signed-in administrators; the enquiry form does not require visitors to create an account. A short-lived, pseudonymous rate-limit record helps prevent repeated form submissions. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack and other websites open those services, where their own privacy and cookie policies apply; they are not embedded social feeds on this site.

If optional tracking or embedded services are introduced, this information and any necessary choices will be updated before those features are enabled.
