Menopause workshops

Clear conversations.
Better understanding.

Menopause education for workplaces, organisations and groups. Practical, approachable and open to questions.

Making menopause
easier to talk about.

Menopause can affect people’s lives in very different ways. Creating space to understand it can make conversations easier, both at work and beyond it.

My workshops bring information and discussion together, helping people ask questions and think about support in a practical way.

What we cover.

Understanding menopause

Making sense of menopause and the different experiences people may have.

Recognising symptoms

Opening up discussion about the range of symptoms and their impact on everyday life.

Management and support

An educational overview of support and management options, including discussion of HRT.

Questions and discussion

Space for participants to ask questions and share what matters to them.

Workshops provide education, not individual medical advice. Personal treatment decisions belong with a qualified healthcare professional.

Experience built
through conversation.

Through Positive Menopause, I’ve brought women together for regular meetings, organised events and created opportunities to ask questions and share experiences. I’ve also invited healthcare practitioners to contribute to online and in-person conversations.

My work has taken me into workplaces and community settings, including talks for Mind, Electrolux and housing associations. Whether I’m speaking to a small group or a room of colleagues, I start by understanding who is there and what they need from the conversation.

I want women to feel heard, and colleagues and managers to feel more comfortable asking questions and offering thoughtful support.

Menopause happens
within a whole life.

Work, relationships, confidence and the everyday demands on your time all belong in the conversation. I’m interested in how women can feel supported in the lives they actually lead.

Alongside my menopause work, I hold a Level 3 qualification in Advanced Nutrition and Health and trained as an NLP practitioner and coach. My interests in mental wellbeing, fitness and personal development also inform the questions I ask and the wider perspective I bring.

I’m AuDHD — autistic and ADHD. That is part of my own experience, and a reminder to leave room for different ways of thinking, communicating and taking in information. I want people to feel able to ask for what helps them participate.

My workshops focus on education, discussion and practical understanding. I bring curiosity and care, with room for your experience as well as my own.
