For Echobliss, the work began with understanding Sharon’s sound therapy business and the experience she wanted to offer. I attended a sound bath myself, because understanding the service mattered to how we presented it.
My work extended across the brand, website and the way Echobliss keeps in touch with its audience. I worked on the branding, created a branded email footer and developed a content series for monthly journals and emails, alongside the WordPress website, newsletter integration and welcome email automation.
I also put together a vision for growth for 2026–2028: a document to help Sharon explore her positioning, customer journey, marketing priorities and possible next steps for the business. It offered ideas and a phased direction to consider as the practice developed.
Guides, recorded walkthroughs and ongoing support helped bring those pieces into everyday use.
It’s a good example of the work I enjoy: bringing the creative and practical pieces together, while helping the person behind the business feel more comfortable using them.
